Privacy notice

How INXReady uses interview, account and website data.

Last updated 9 September 2026

Who controls your data

INAXX operates INXReady. Contact privacy@inaxx.co.uk about privacy requests.

What we use and why

We use account details to provide access and billing; CVs, job descriptions and interview responses to create personalised job practice; and visa details or supporting evidence to create visa question banks and practice interviews. We do not need unrelated identifiers, so redact or omit information that is not necessary.

Enquiries, newsletters and campaign attribution

When you request a demonstration, contact us, subscribe for product updates or create an account, we store the details you submit. We may also record the landing page, referring page and campaign labels such as UTM source, medium and campaign so we can respond, understand which campaigns are useful and avoid duplicate enquiries. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by contacting us.

Analytics and cookies

Optional Google Analytics measurement is disabled until a visitor accepts analytics cookies. If accepted and configured, it helps us understand aggregated page use and actions such as sign-ups and enquiries. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the service. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be cleared through browser storage or cookie controls.

AI processing and research

Relevant extracts and selected images may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate preparation material. Web research is limited to roles, organisations, industry standards and official visa guidance; INXReady instructs the model not to search for candidates. AI output can be wrong and is practice guidance, not immigration or legal advice.

Retention and security

New visa evidence expires after 30 days. It is encrypted at application level when stored, restricted to the signed-in account and served with no-store download controls. Other practice records remain until you delete them or close your account, subject to legal requirements. Marketing leads are retained only while reasonably needed for the enquiry, relationship, reporting or applicable legal obligations.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by hosting, database, analytics, email, payment and AI service providers acting under INAXX’s instructions. Their processing locations and safeguards must be recorded in INAXX’s processor register and contracts.

Your choices and rights

You can delete visa data or all practice data from Data & privacy. You may also ask for access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or erasure where those rights apply. Contact INAXX first; you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.

Operational responsibilities

This product notice supports transparency but does not replace INAXX’s DPIA, records of processing, lawful-basis assessment, processor agreements, consent records, incident response, staff training or retention schedule.
